COVID-19 Opportunities to Help
Find out how you can help during these extraordinary times.
Thank you for considering helping someone else in these extraordinary times of need. Benevolently is a new Santa Cruz startup that is focused on helping employees connect to themselves through their own acts of kindness and compassion to others.
Currently Benevolently has two different ways to provide support:
• Virtual work done online,
• Local errands - groceries, prescriptions - for those that are in a high risk category to leave their homes.
If you have any comments or questions please feel free to contact us (831)586-8623 x.20 or firstname.lastname@example.org
Virtual work for the Compassion Institute
The Compassion Institute is a an organization that uses Compassion based practices to provide support to first responders in the medical and law enforcement communities, as well as the general public.
The demand for their work has exploded and they need some short term support to continue to support those that are requesting help.
This work is around supporting Zoom Webinars on behalf of the presenters, and providing simple support to those that need help with understanding how to use Zoom.
Local volunteer opportunities to help with groceries & errands
If you are willing to help with simple errands, such as getting groceries, prescriptions or other necessary items for high risk individuals, Benevolently can connect you to opportunities in your area.
